Delivery Information
Standard Delivery FREE- 3-5 working days
We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. All packages are sent by courier service and someone will have to sign for the item. Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm - so if you are usually out during these hours you can always provide an alternative address, such as a work address, for the item to be delivered to.
In SALE time parcels may take up to 10 days to arrive.
If you are not at home to receive your delivery the courier will leave you a calling card. This card will have instructions on how to re-arrange delivery or details of how to collect your parcel from their depot. There is a limit to how many times the courier will attempt to redeliver your item after which it will then be returned to us.
If you wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour please send us a seperate email when placing your order so instructions can be left with the courier.

Includes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE).
