Delivery Information

We charge £4.95 for delivery to any UK mainland address. Deliveries are made by courier service between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries, so please make sure somebody is available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to receive your parcel. 

Free delivery on all orders over £100

To claim your free delivery, please enter the code FREE100 at the checkout. Free delivery applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery the courier will leave you a calling card.  This card will have instructions on how to re-arrange delivery or details of how to collect your parcel from their depot.  

In SALE time parcels may take up to 10 days to arrive.

International Delivery

We now offer international delivery! Prices start from £14.95, but will depend on the destination and weight of the item. To place an order for international delivery please email us at info@ollieandnic.co.uk with the following information:

• Your contact details
• Items you would like to purchase and quantity
• Delivery address/destination

We will then email you with the exact price for delivery and how to process the order.
