To return an order for refund
If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.
We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
We can only refund items purchased online when they are returned to us at the Returns Department. Our stores are unable to refund items purchased online at the present time.
Here is how to return an item:
1. Complete the Return Note received with the goods.
2. Include your completed Return Note in the parcel with the goods being returned.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
4. Address your parcel as follows:

5. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
6. Postage costs for all postal returns are payable by the customer unless the item is faulty.
