Buy your Christmas Gift with confidence with our extended returns policy
In addition to our normal 28 day returns policy we are happy to offer an extended returns policy on purchases made as Christmas gifts. Items purchased online after 12th November can be returned up until 12th January 2012 for either an exchange or a full refund with proof of purchase.
Our normal returns policy will apply to items returned within 28 days of purchase.
To return an order for refund
If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items when purchased online can be returned for a full refund with proof of purchase. When sale items are purchased in-store they are only eligible for an exchange.
Here is how to return an item:
1. Complete the Return Note received with the goods.
2. Include your completed Return Note in the parcel with the goods being returned.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
4. Address your parcel with the label found on the returns note or as follows:

5. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
6. Postage costs for all postal returns are payable by the customer unless the item is faulty.
