Cost £5.50 - Your parcel will be delivered by courier. Items in stock should take 5 working days to arrive. Please note that during busy sale times delivery may take up to 10 working days. We like to know when a parcel has arrived safely so all our couriers will require a signature as proof of delivery. (So please make sure someone is in!)

You can return your order from this site for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

How to return or Exchange

  1. There is no need to telephone us when sending a return.
  2. Please return any items with a note advising whether you require an exchange or refund.
  3. The return address is a follows: Ollie & Nic, 3 Tramlink Park, 24 Deer Park Road, London, SW19 3UA.
  4. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Ollie & Nic at your own expense.
  5. We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
  6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

Legal Statement

Returning any item ordered from Ollie & Nic this within 3 months will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three months post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Ollie & Nic will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Ollie & Nic on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount / offer, that discount / offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount / offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Ollie & Nic incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
