Returns here at Ollie & Nic are nice and easy. Follow the 3 simple steps below to return your item free of charge:
1. Click here to load the Royal Mail website.
2. Fill out your order information & create your label.
3. Once you have filled out this information Royal Mail will give you the option to print your label. If you have a printer then you can print the label here, if not, they will also e-mail you a QR code, please check your inbox for this. You will be able to take the QR code to the post office when you return the parcel and they can produce the label for you.

You'll also need to include a printable returns form that has the information of your return which you can print here. If you don't have a printer then please enclose a handwritten note advising your: order number, items you are returning & whether you would like a refund or an exchange (if an exchange, please specify which item, colour & size). If a returns form is not included this may delay the time it takes for your return to processed.
We will process a full refund for the cost of any returned items within 14 days of receipt.We usually process refunds more quickly than this and on average we would expect it to take no more than 7 working days from the date we receive your return.
We won't send an email to let you know that we have received your return but we will send you an email as soon as your refund is processed.

If you have paid a Shipping Charge to have your order delivered to you this will only be refunded if you return all items on your order or you have previously advised us that the item you are returning is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item.
Where a returned item is not faulty the shipping charge will be refunded at our standard shipping rate.

If you wish to return goods you consider to be faulty or have any other enquiries regarding returns please contact us by email to before you send your return item. If we are able to confirm that the item is faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage.
