UK Delivery & Returns
We use Royal Mail as our trusted courier for all UK orders. All orders are tracked with e-mail updates sent to you along your parcel's journey.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We will process a full refund for the cost of any returned items within 28 days.
We usually process refunds more quickly than this and on average we would expect it to take no more than 7 working days from the date we receive your return. Royal Mail will send a confirmation that your return has arrived with us.
How long do I have to return an item?
Any item can be returned within 28 days of it arriving with you.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, including swing tickets.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes. If you wish to exchange an item please follow our standard returns process and fill our our Returns Form specifying that you'd like to exchange this for another item & the item you would like to exchange it for.
Are UK Returns free?
Yes, we offer free UK returns on all orders.
Do you offer Free UK Delivery?
Yes, we do! Any order with a value of £30 or over will be eligible for free delivery.
Orders below £30 will be charged £2 for our Standard UK Tracked Delivery service, delivering your order to you within 3 working days.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two UK services with Royal Mail. You'll receive tracked updates on your orders progress with Standard & Express delivery.
Standard UK Delivery: 3 - 5 Working Days | £2 or Free on orders over £30
Express UK Delivery: 1 - 2 Working Days | £5.95
What is Shipping Protection?
On the rare occasion an order or item is damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit, with this option you will have increased replacement or refund options and an expedited customer service response.
International Delivery & Returns
We use DHL as our trusted courier for all international orders. All orders are tracked with e-mail updates sent to you along your parcel's journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
If you do not see your country listed in our delivery table below & would like to place an order, please reach out to our customer services team using the e-mail: email@example.com and we will see if we can arrange delivery.

Do you offer International Returns?
Yes, we do offer international returns. If you wish to return your item, please get in touch with our customer services team by e-mail using: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay duties and tax?
Orders being delivered within the European Union and to the Rest of the World may attract import duty and local sales taxes as your order is dispatched from us in the UK.
You may be responsible for paying these charges once your order has been shipped and if they are applicable. Rules vary by country and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.
Please check your local government advice on these fees and whether you are liable for them.

I forgot my discount, can I still use it?
Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your discount code at the checkout, we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later on.
Can I use two discount codes?
Only one offer code can be applied to each order. When more than one code is entered, the previous discount will be replaced with the new discount.
Can I change / cancel my order?
If you would like to change/cancel your order after purchasing please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org expressing how you would like to change/cancel your order.
We will do our best to make these changes/cancellation before your order is dispatched.
We will usually dispatch Standard Delivery orders the next day so please e-mail before the next day for the best opportunity to change/cancel your order.
I received the wrong / a faulty item
If you think anything in your order is wrong or faulty, please get in touch with us within 28 days of delivery and we'll do all we can to help.
Make sure you have the following information:
• Your Order Number
• Product Name
• Details of the fault / incorrect item
• If you would like a refund or replacement
Do you offer a gifting service?
We don't currently offer a gifting service.
We can include a gift receipt with your order if you are sending the items directly to friends / family.
Please get in touch with us after you place your order with your order number & that you would like us to include a gift receipt.
I have bought an item from you in the past and it has now developed a fault, what can I do?
If you have bought an item from us within the past 12 months then please contact us and we can take a look at the item to see what we can do. We cannot always guarantee a repair or replacement but we will try and do our best to sort the problem out.
