We are currently offering Free Delivery on all orders to UK addresses.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived. 

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 unless stated differently during promotions.

Any promotion for ‘Free Delivery’ or 'Free Delivery Over X amount' is valid for orders placed while these offers are active.

During Sale times orders may take up to 7 Days to arrive.

All packages are sent by Parcel Force or Royal Mail and someone will have to sign for the item. Delivery times are between 8am and 5pm - so if you are usually out during these hours you can always provide an alternative address, such as a work address, for the item to be delivered to.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery Parcel Force or Royal Mail will leave you a calling card. This card will have instructions on how to re-arrange delivery or details of how to collect your parcel from their depot. There is a limit to how many times the courier will attempt to redeliver your item after which it will then be returned to us.

If you wish for your parcel to be left with a neighbour please send us a separate email when placing your order so instructions can be left with the courier.

Extended period for Christmas Returns

Any item bought on or after Monday 21st November 2016 can be returned up until Friday 13th January 2017, provided the labels are still attached and the item has not been worn or used.

Standard Returns Policy

If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund.
Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached, within 28 days of receipt, to the Returns Department address below. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If you wish to return goods you consider to be faulty please contact us by email to before you send your return item. If we are able to confirm that the item is faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage.

Sale Items policy: All sale goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Here is how to return an item:
1. Please pack the items you wish to return and enclose a note indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please include either your online order reference or the email address used when your order was placed as this will assist us to locate your order and process your refund.

2. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a (free) Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.

3. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
