As the situation with Coronavirus evolves, we're increasing our returns deadline to 90 days for the foreseeable future. So if you need to send something back to us but can't get to the Post Office (or don't feel safe doing so), there's no hurry. We're continuing to operate as usual, but we'll keep you updated if there are any disruptions to the usual Ollie & Nic service.
Returns are nice and easy!
Sale Items policy: All sale goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
Here is how to return an item:
1. Please pack the items you wish to return and enclose either our printed Returns Note or your own note indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please include either your online order reference or the email address used when your order was placed as this will assist us to locate your order and process your refund.
2. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a (free) Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
3. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
